Client Guidelines & Safety Policy

At @Ease Massage, we're delighted to bring relaxation directly to your location! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all clients and event hosts observe the following guidelines:

 

     1. Pet Safety: Please ensure all pets are safely secured away from the massage area before our 

         practitioner's arrival and throughout the entire visit, including setup and breakdown. Legally protected

         service animals will be accommodated.

 

     2. Clean & Comfortable Space: A clean, clutter-free, well-lit, and properly ventilated space must be available

         for massage services.

 

     3. Children & Guests: Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult. Please keep the immediate

         massage area free of unnecessary interruptions.

 

     4. Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking, vaping, and recreational drug use are not permitted within the

         designated service area during our visit.

 

     5. Professional Respect: Our practitioners are committed to providing a respectful and professional

         experience. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, threatening conduct, or unwanted physical contact will

         not be tolerated.

 

     6. Health & Wellness: Clients must disclose relevant health concerns and complete any required screening

         or consent forms before receiving massage services.

 

     7. Equipment Safety: Please allow our practitioner to handle all massage equipment. Guests, children, and

         pets should not touch, move, or use the equipment without permission.

 

     8. Appointment Readiness: Please have the designated service area prepared before our scheduled arrival.

         Delays may affect the total service time.

 

     9. Location & Access: The confirmed service location must provide safe entry, accessible exits, and

         reasonable access for transporting massage equipment.

 

     10. Right to Discontinue Services: @Ease Massage reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if

           conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or inconsistent with our professional standards. Applicable cancellation

           or service fees will be determined by the booking agreement.
